My civilisation in the amazon Rainforest.

 

Kia Ora bloggers, Chloe here, In the Korimako hub we have been working on our 

inquiry for this term. This term's topic was about civilisations, we could pick where 

we wanted to create our civilisations. I chose to do mine in the Amazon rainforest,

we needed to have a sustainable civilisation, with the things we needed to survive e.g 

food, laws protection and other things. If you had to get dropped off somewhere with absolutely 

nothing what ecosystem would you want to survive in?

Book Week Art!!

Hello my name is Chloe, today I am going to be posting my book week art

that I did. We could choose to do a pig from the three little pigs, a princess or

a fairy or humpty dumpty. I chose to do a pig character! How we did this

was we coloured in our character and then we got given our photo, we cut only 

our face out and then we glued it onto the characters face.  Have you ever read one

Reflective art

Welcome to my blog, In maths we have been working on reflection, translation
and rotation. In this slide we did reflective art. For the first one we had to make
a shape/logo kinda thing and then reflect it lots of times so that it would fill up
the whole page, and then the second time, we picked an image and then reflected
that until there was no more room. What would you pick for  your logo?
This was really cool to see it afterwards.

For today's  lock down writing I chose to write a story around If baby's could what
would they say? Do you have a sibling? If you do what would they say if they were
just a new born baby? I enjoy writing about this kind of stuff because it is sometimes

For our maths at home we had to investigate the different types of food groups in
our house!  And then put our information into a chart! How many different food
groups do you have in your house! Here is the real version of this slide.
When I did this I didn't think that there would be that much different food groups
especially how much dairy there was!!

Burnt Baking with Chloe

Drawing Cool Cartoon Characters

Hello its me Chloe, and for my blog post today I chose to draw a cartoon character. Have you ever drawn a cartoon Character? Did you think you did well?

Awesome Ancestry

Hi its me Chloe, and in Inquiry we have been learning about our ancestry, some of us had more than just one country that we related to so we had to pick one of them that we didn´t really know much about. I wanted to do England because that is where my dad is from and I am part English. By the way I am still working on it!! I hope you enjoy! Where is your family from?

Student Organised Learning!

Hello, its me Chloe and a couple weeks go we did SOL, we had to figure out why the sky is blue and what the Concorde is, and why plants are green, I haven´t finished why the plants  are green.
