We got to create a brand/business, I made a logo and an advertisement 

all on canva. Whats your favourite type of cookie??

I love to bake and thought this would be perfect for me, My favourite would have

How to keep safe home alone

 

Hi everyone last Wednesday and today we have been working on a safety 

poster using Canva. We read the story about a kid left alone at home and then a man came out of a 

taxi either drunk or sick, we then had to write steps and consequences of keeping safe 

alone at home. Have you ever been left alone at home???

My lovely lego lady

 

Hello everyone, since the start of school we have been working on colouring in

a lego person. I chose to design this top because I love cheetah print. The shorts i'm wearing 

remind me of the ones i got when i tried to take a shortcut down Chonical hill in Hanmer,

 I rolled down the hill got my pants all muddy so i had to get new ones.  Have you seen the lego movie?

My Pepeha

Hello everyone!  in Toroa we have been working on our Pepeha, we first wrote our pepeha 

on a slide and then we transferred it to Spark adobe. Do you know what your mountain and river are.

A pepeha is basically introducing yourself in maori. I hope you enjoy my pepeha.

My favourite memory from camp

Hello my name is Chloe and last week in Toroa we went to camp in Wainui, it was so fun. Today we had to create a DLO about our favourite memory from camp. My favourite activity out of them all was definitely coasteering. We had to climb on rocks and through water, we also had the choice of jumping off the rocks. I jumped off them both it was so fun. If  you are going to camp where are you going?

My civilisation in the amazon Rainforest.

 

Kia Ora bloggers, Chloe here, In the Korimako hub we have been working on our 

inquiry for this term. This term's topic was about civilisations, we could pick where 

we wanted to create our civilisations. I chose to do mine in the Amazon rainforest,

we needed to have a sustainable civilisation, with the things we needed to survive e.g 

food, laws protection and other things. If you had to get dropped off somewhere with absolutely 

nothing what ecosystem would you want to survive in?
